• The rate will be free of taxes and applicable on online rates. We don't take into account negotiated or off line rates.
• We don't take into account differences of less than 2 euros.
• The compared rates must match with:
  • Same room type and dates of stay.
  • Same currency.
  • Same number of guests.
  • Same conditions of sale or promotion, payment terms, cancellation or modification charges.
• We don't take into account rates which contain failures on the website at the time of booking as well as rates for promotional packages.
• This guarantee applies only to reservations made by individual customers.
